Silveria Velvet Painting Girl Child Praying Hand Painted 15x20 Wood Frame Damage

Vintage hand painted velvet art piece signed by artist Silveria. IMPORTANT NOTE: Has a 1.5" tear to velvet fabric where foot meets orange color (see photos with red arrows). The tear isn't obvious from the front when the picture is hung. Wooden frame is 14 3/4" x 20 1/2", frame is stamped "Made in Mexico" on the back.
