Silvertone Snowflake Brooch

Lovely 1" in diameter silvertone with pale blue rhinestones(?) pin/brooch. I think it looks like either a snowflake or flower. No markings that I could find. All items are pre loved or vintage As such wear and tear is expected I try my beat to show this in my pictures. Thank you for looking.
