Vintage, black lace, drop waist skirt, by Canadian Designer, Simon Chang. The lace has a silver thread through it to give it a light shimmer. The lace is in great condition, no rips or snags. Tulle underlay ads volume and shape. There is a snap closure, but the button is missing. Fits a size 6 on the smaller side. Thanks for looking!
