Simon Chang Womens Size 16 Skinny Leg Stretch Jeans

Brand New with tags. Tag says womens size XL (16-18) but I find they fit on the smaller side. (Not a typical size 18). They do have some stretch to them and are a nice blue shade. Have some cute little gem details on the front pockets.
