Simon Chang blouse with removable tie

I bought this blouse on a whim, almost on a lark because the pattern is so crazy. It’s so silky, and it comes with a removable, reversible (darker pattern on one side) ruffle tie that attaches to the front buttons! It’s bold for sure, my mouth is bold enough that this would make me more than a lot, I’d be too much 😉
