Simon Chang sz 12 your not-so-basic black pencil skirt - lined; vertical seaming

This lined black pencil skirt from Simon Chang has 2 front vertical seams which slims and there's 3 in the back thanks to a centre seam as well! Side zipper. 2 back slits at hem. This is an all season skirt - lightweight to wear all year (you may want to add tights in the dead of winter depending on where you live). Great for many occasions. In EUC as not worn often (too snug at waist).
