Simple Labradorite Wire Wrapped Necklace in Gold

This is a simple labradorite necklace that is great for everyday wear. A single, pear-shaped labradorite stone is wire wrapped and then suspended from fine gold or sterling silver chain. Labradorite is known for its distinctive flash, and this is a beautiful example of how pretty this gemstone can be. The entire front of the smooth gemstone pendant flashes green-gold in the light. The pendant is approx. 11x7mm in size. Little labradorite gems connect the lobster clasp. This necklace is approx. 18 1/2" (47cm) in length; however I am happy to adjust the length if necessary. Your jewellery will be packaged in a small gift box. Gift wrapping is available upon request. What is Gold-Filled? Gold-filled is an economical alternative to solid gold. By law, it has 1/20th by weight layer of 14 karat gold permanently bonded over a core of base metal. It is tarnish-resistant, safe for sensitive skin and unlike gold plate, it will not wear off.
