GIRL'S DRESSES, TOP, SHORTS, AND PANTS A GREAT EASTER OUTFIT OR FUN IN THE SUN DESCRIPTION: Girl's Dresses, or Top and Pants or Shorts; Shorts and pants have elastic waist, and optional ruffled hem or bow ties at the sides. Top is sleeveless with tie back and "V" hemline. Dresses are sleeveless or capped sleeves with Peter Pan collar or slight scoop neckline, optional ruffled hemline high waistline with detailed front and gathered skirt. The sleeveless is designed to also be worn as a slip with the ruffled hemline slightly showing under the dress.
