Simplicity Fashion preview, October 1965, fall fashion, booklet, two available

Stunning Simplicity booklet, preview of Fall patterns fashion for 1965 two are available, they are both in exceptional condition with very minimal flaws. Paper has yellowed and has become a bit brittle, which is consistent with age. the colors and styles are gorgeous and would make lovely artwork decor in any room. 1- this one has a small brown stain on the edge of the cover, it is on the non printed part and could be easily trimed or covered under a frame. there is also a tiny spot in the middle pages where something poked almost through. 2- only issue is some tiny tears on the bottom I have taken pictures of every flaw I could find so please review the photos for accuracy.
