Simpson’s vintage black beaded clutch purse - Made in Belgium

1960s intricate black beaded clutch purse from Simpson’s department store. Shiny silver tone kiss lock closure. Lined in charcoal grey satin. Made in Belgium. Excellent vintage condition. Measurements: please refer to last image in listing. Please note there is a single dark blue “spirit bead” in the clutch (see image 12). Beaders sometimes intentionally incorporate a misplaced or wrong colour bead to symbolize the belief that imperfection is a natural and accepted part of life. By embracing this philosophy, they learn to accept and even celebrate mistakes.
