Sino London ruffle coat

the tag says size 8 US. I would say it fits like a woman's size small. The fabric is thin, mostly cotton, and very soft. It's black but has a beautiful red sheen to it. So when the light catches, it sparkles red. Ruffles all over the trim. With the coat buttoned and laying flat, it measures around 16 inches across the front.
