Sirens Cha Cha Dress Size Small

This dress says size large but I believe it must be a ‘junior’ large - please see measurements pit to pit and waist (a small or medium ladies I believe). Sheer black under material with a hemmed medium grey cotton (tee-shirt type) material every 2 inches from top to bottom. Black lace at the neck and armholes.
