karlynn99 Are these really thin? Or do they have a layer of (insulation) in between? What is the size please? Thabks

vmko @karlynn99 Hi, they are thin but very well made. I bought two sets and I use them all the time on my table and never had a problem. They are solid so must be made with a heat protection of some sort. I paid a lot to have them custom made. I find I only need the one set though. 8” in diameter great for under hot dinner plates or for casseroles. Very pretty! I like them very much but I just do not need two sets.
