Lined cotton swing skirt with an iridescent silver zipper up the front - and yes it is functional as well as decorative:) the two front pockets give this a casual khaki feel but sassed up with the mother of pearl buttons. The waistband is a grosgrain ribbon so has zero stretch, but the body has some give to it. It is has two front pleats, and 3 in the back to add volume and a playful mood for this piece. Hidden side zipper.
