Size 10 Vintage 1980s Shapely Tie Neck Blouse

Vintage 1980s blouse in a medium weight polyester fabric with a bit of shine. Long cuffed puff sleeves, short peplum at waist, front buttons, gathers at front and back yoke, black ties attached with buttons (can be removed). There are shoulder pads which can be removed, if desired. Label says Shapely, 100% Polyester, Size 10 on tag. Measures about 43" around bust, 32" around waist, length is 22". Shown on a size small model with 34" bust. This is a pre-loved, vintage second hand item.
