Size 10 Vintage 1990s D'Allaird's Puff Sleeve Peplum Blouse

Vintage 1990s peplum blouse in a medium weight polyester fabric with a bit of shine - beige, peach, white, navy blue. Long cuffed puff sleeves, gathers at front and back yoke, hidden front buttons. There are shoulder pads but the padding has disintegrated. Label says D'Allaird's, 100% Polyester, Made in Canada, Size 10 on tag. Measures about 44" around bust, 33" around waist, 37" around peplum bottom, length is 22.5" . Fabric does not stretch. Shown on a size small model with 34" bust. This is a pre-loved, vintage second hand item.
