Size 12 Vintage 1980s Richard Warren Cotton Puff Sleeve Blazer

Vintage 1980s fitted blazer in a medium to heavy floral cotton fabric. fitted waist, peplum, puff sleeves (3/4 length). Does up with 2 buttons at waist, lined. There are shoulder pads which can be removed, if desired. Label says Richard Warren, 100% Cotton, Made in Canada, Size 12 on tag. Measures 38" around bust, 32" around waist, length is 24". Fabric does not stretch. This is a pre-loved, vintage second hand item.
