Size 12 Vintage 1980s Tan Jay Pleated Midi Skirt

Vintage 1980s below knee to midi length skirt in a medium weight fabric, black with red and grey rose design. Skirt pleated to elastic waistband. Label says Tan Jay Petite, 100% Polyester, Size 12 on tag. Measures 29" around waistband, stretching to about 34", length is 28". Fabric does not stretch. This is a pre-loved, vintage second hand item.
