Size 14 Vintage 1980s Parigi Pleated Peplum Blouse

Peplum blouse in sheer blue and black polyester over lining, band at waist, bottom pleated peplum, pleats at front and back bodice. Does up with a button and snap at front side waist. There are large shoulder pads which can be easily removed, if desired. ***There is some discoloration under arms on inside lining, does not show on outside.*** Label says Parigi, 100% Polyester, Made in Hong Kong, Size 14 on tag. Measures 43" around bust, 32" around waist, length is 27". Fabric does not stretch. Shown on a size large model with 39" bust.
