In excellent used condition, this pretty polka-dot midi skirt is a light & breezy wardrobe staple. Made of a silky black material overlayed by sheer black & white chiffon, with a layered detail at the hem, it would look great with a black blazer & some simple pumps for the office, or with some cute sandals and a bodysuit for the summer.
