Size 16 Vintage 1990s Pleated Polka Dot Midi Skirt

Vintage 1990s midi length skirt in a dark navy blue and white polka dot fabric, medium to heavy weight. Skirt is pleated from waistband with side zipper, hook and eye and snap. Label says 65% Polyester 35% Viscose, Made in UK, Wash As Wool Cycle, Size 16 UK on tag. Measures 35" around waistband, length is 30.5". Fabric and waistband do not stretch. This is a pre-loved, vintage second hand item.
