jesslthomas44 @brynnmclennan hi! Yes the waste band has quite a bit of stretch to it the actual pants have denim and are not as stretchy but they are wide legged! And they are high wasted!!

jesslthomas44 @brynnmclennan you’re welcome! The drawstring definitely helps adjust the size too. AE tends to run smaller so it is a smaller 16 but might still be slightly too big. If you’re still debating I’m happy to send measurements to help 😊

jesslthomas44 @brynnmclennan Hi! Sorry this took me so long to reply! The inseam is 22” as they are cropped. The waist band is 36” in diameter but can go up to 42” with the stretch or be reduced to 30” with the draw string. :)
