Label says Helene Blake, 100% Acetate, Lining is 100% Polyester, Dry Clean Only, Made in USA, Size 20 on tag, should fit size 18 to 20. Measures 46" around bust, stretching to about 50", 46" around hip, stretching to about 50", Length is 39", not including fringe, fringe is 6" long. Shown on a size large model with 39" bust.
