Size 2 ARMANI stitching came out shown on picture

A soft green Armani dress with open back it’s a size 2 never worn with tags. I brought it and then put on weight so I no longer can fit the dress and don’t want it to go to waste it does have a little stitching that came out as shown in the picture I did a close up hoping someone else will be able to love it
