SUVIN cotton is a special breed of 2 high quality and ELS (extra long staple) cottons from Sujatha and St-Vincent. This rare fiber ls the finest cotton ever commerically made in India and ls unparalleled in the world today. It ls stil the only cotton fiber that has spinability up to a count of 240s. This type of ELS cotton is very tough to grow and ls normally used to make expensive luxury linens. But weve got it to make raw selvedge denim. The result is a soft and luxurious fabric that will age beautifully. The jeans were only made for one run in 2013, super thick heavy duty buffalo leather patch 4mm thick. Very slubby texture with minimal fading and some unique characteristics like the raw hem. Might have been tapered a bit a some point but was done expertly, could also just have been slightly different construction. Very very durable cotton and extremely soft.
