Geox Respira dark silver leather t-strap shoes, size 39. The most comfortable 4 inch heels you will ever own! Worn a handful of times until I admitted they were too big for me. jamysquared @giudittaep I did, but I also have a narrow foot with high arches, so that might make a difference. They wereb't super big but my foot kept sliding forward. I can measure them if you'd like.

jamysquared @giudittaep sorry for the delay! I've been busy marking papers. It's tricky to measure because of the slope, but I've done the best I can and added some photos. To me, it looks like the actual length is just under 10.5 inches.
