Size 4 Vintage 1980s Tom And Linda Platt Mini Peplum Dress

Vintage 1980s mini dress in a black medium weight fabric. Long sleeves, back covered buttons with zipper and hook and eye, pleated peplum at waist, back slit. There are shoulder pads which can be removed, if desired. ***Dress has not been dry cleaned. No obvious marks or smells. There are thread belt loops but no belt.*** Label says Tom & Linda Platt, Petites, Dry clean only, Size 4P on tag. Measures 34.5" around bust, 26" around waist, 36" around hip, length is 36" from shoulder to hem. Fabric and waist do not stretch. This is a pre-loved, vintage second hand item.
