Size 5/6 Suzy Shirt Cheetah Print 3/4 Length Dress

Size 5/6 Suzy Shirt cheetah print 3/4 length dress. It does not come with the thin black belt (as pictured) and I suppose it could be worn without a belt but it is designed with belt loops. I am guessing it originally came with a belt but must have gotten lost along the way? This is actually really flattering on. Ideal officewear/just more formalwear.
