The main difference between a natural and a lab-created sapphire is its origin. Both are identical materials and have the same molecular makeup. Lab-created synthetic sapphires have the same physical properties, visual characteristics and hardness level as the natural gemstones. Just a lot less expensive!

@beatricebargins Hi Beatrice, this ring is 5.75. It is a brass based ring, with sterling silver over the top. The sapphires are lab created, meaning if they were tested by a geologist, it would test as a genuine sapphire as it has the exact "DNA" of a real sapphire.
