Do you find them to be narrow? Are the straps that go across the foot stretchy?

@deborahjanec to be honest I have wide Asian feet lol they're they're not tight and the strap part is a stretchy material. the bottom tow part has been broken in and has a gel thing inside so it doesn't hurt the top of your foot.
