Size 6 Vintage Jessica Howard Mini Dress

Vintage above knee length dress, probably early 2000s. Turquoise blue slubbed fabric with royal blue at hem, ribbon trim and mirror appliques. Short sleeves, back zipper. Label says Jessica Howard, 67% Rayon 33% Acetate, Made in USA. Size 6 on tag. Measures 34.5" around bust, 29" around waist, 39" around hip, length is 34". Fabric does not stretch.
