Size L Twik patterned dress

This Twik dress has only been worn a couple times and has a really fun pattern. It's very flattering but runs a little small, especially in the arms. It was quite comfortable to wear but I would have preferred a larger space in the arm. I'm tall and the skirt falls to just above my knee. The skirt is also lined.
