Size L Vintage 1980s All That Jazz Wide Collar Wrap Dress

Vintage 1980s knee length dress in a medium to heavy weight navy blue fabric with white polka dot wide collar, front covered buttons, short puff sleeves. There are stiff sleeve caps inside at top of sleeve to hold up pleats. These could probably be cut out if desired. Label says All That Jazz California, should fit size large. Measures 42" around bust, 35" around waist, 42" around hip, length is 38.5" from shoulder to hem. Fabric does not stretch. Shown on a size large model with 39" bust. This is a pre-loved, vintage second hand item.
