Vintage 1990s short sleeve blouse. Slightly fitted with short puff sleeves, bottom front slits, front buttons. Colors are teal, dark red, tan, purple, cream, black. Label says Leslie Fay Dresses Petite. Size tag has been removed but should fit size large. Measures 42.5" around bust, 37" around waist, 44" around bottom, length is 24". Fabric does not stretch. Shown on a size large model with 39" bust.
