Vintage 1990s full skirt in a medium weight black cotton fabric. Elastic waist, 3 tiers, lace and sequin trim. Just Below knee length. No labels, should fit size L to XL. Measures 30" around waistband, stretching to about 38", length is 25.5". Fabric does not stretch. This is a pre-loved, vintage second hand item.
