Size Large Forever 21 Floral Dress with belt

large black floral EUC FOREVER 21 size large fit and flare black floral dress with belt that can be worn to the front or back by Forever 21. Skirt part is lined and dress had a v- neck and very short sleeves, almost sleveless. Material tag is taken out but feels like a nice polyester blend with a rayon lining. I am a large/xl and I could not get it on at all so it may be a smaller fitting large, check measurements 19.5" p2p 15.5" waist 32" shoulder to hem length
