Collective Concepts (size large) A-line polka dot black dress with striking red Peter Pan collar and cuffed sleeves. Lightweight, with an elasticized waist and lined underskirt. If the mood strikes, small loops on either side of the waistband make belting it a breeze (belt not included when I bought it).
