Size Large White Puff Sleeve Forever 21 Blouse

the cutest puff sleeve blouse ever! I love this shirt so much, it just doesn't fit anymore. I'm gonna miss it, lol. However, it deserves to be worn and not keep collecting dust in my closet. A true to size large, bought NWT from Plato's Closet a few years ago. Still in amazing condition, only worn a few times. 100% cotton. Approx. measurements laying flat are 14.5 inches ptp and 17 inches in length. It does stretch quite a bit as well. DM/comment with any questions and feel free to make an offer!
