Size M Vintage 1980s Floral Sash Front Mini Dress

Vintage 1980s mini dress in a floral medium weight fabric with a small amount of stretch, feels like cotton or a cotton blend. Fairly tight fitting, 3/4 length sleeves, back zipper, attached front sash that does up at side front with buckle (hard to see in photos as pattern blends in on screen) There are shoulder pads which can be carefully removed with a seam ripper. No labels, looks handmade, should fit size small to medium. Measures about 35" around bust, 29" around waist, 40" around hip, Length is 37". Fabric has a small amount of stretch. Shown on a size small model with 34" bust. This is a pre-loved, vintage second hand item.
