Size M Vintage 1980s Maggy Boutique Polka Dot Dress

Vintage 1980s dress in a medium weight navy blue and white polka dot polyester fabric. Short puff sleeves, bottom pleated ruffle, back zipper. lined, loose fitting in waist. Knee length or just below. There are small ruffled sleeve caps inside top sleeve to hold out pleats. Label says Maggy Boutique, 100% Polyester, Size 14 on tag but fits like a medium. Measures about 38" around bust, 34" around waist, 41" around hip, length is 39" from shoulder to hem. Fabric does not stretch. This is a pre-loved, vintage second hand item.
