Size M Vintage 1990s Black Velvet Dress

Vintage 1990s loose fitting dress in a medium to heavy weight black velvet fabric. Long cuffed sleeves, V neck, collar, pleats at top front shoulders, knee length or just above. Could be worn belted. No labels, looks handmade, should fit size medium. Measures 40.5" around bust, 43" around hip, length is 38". Fabric does not stretch. Shown on a size small model with 34" bust.
