Size M Vintage 1990s Short Sleeve Dress

Vintage 1990s dress. Top part is colorful, feels like rayon or a blend, bottom part is a black medium weight fabric. Short sleeves, elastic waist, pockets, back center slit, back zipper. Below knee length. Label has been removed, should fit size medium. Measures 42" around bust, 27" around waist, stretching to about 33", 45" around hip, length is 43". Fabric does not stretch. Shown on a size small model with 34" bust. This is a pre-loved, vintage second hand item.
