Size M Vintage 1990s St Michael Marks & Spencer Polka Dot midi Skirt

Reposhing this item I purchased from @tdfd. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Vintage 1990s button front skirt in a medium weight dark navy blue and white polka dot viscose fabric. Elastic in back waistband, pleats in front waistband Label says St Michael Marks & Spencer, 100% Viscose, Made in The UK, Size 14 Canadian on tag, fits like a medium. Measures 28.5" around waistband, stretching to about 32", length is 33". The year '96 is printed on the label. Questions? Leave a comment below!
