Size M lightweight vintage billabong beach dress

I love the colours & the pattern of this lightweight cotton dress with a gently ruffled hem, a deep V-neck, and puffed cap sleeves. can be worn as a coverup for a cute bikini, or over a slip as a a summer dress. very breezy and yet body-flattering. laid flat measures 17 inches from armpit to armpit, 15 at waist, and 42 inches from shoulder to hem. has a small tear at seam of back right shoulder (6th photo) which is reflected in the price!
