Vintage 1990s midi to maxi length skirt in a reddish brown and black crinkle viscose fabric. Elastic waistband. Label says Bellessa, 100% Viscose, Made in Canada, Size M on tag, should fit size M to L. Measures 32" around waistband, stretching to about 35". Length is 33.5".
