Size M to L Vintage 1990s Button Front Midi Dress

Vintage 1990s midi length dress in a medium weight polyester fabric, orange, yellow, green floral design on navy blue background. Front buttons, princess seams, short sleeves. ***There were sewn-in ties at sides but they have been cut off (see last photo)*** Labels have been removed, should fit size medium to large. Measures 40" around bust, 34" around waist, 56" around hip, length is 49.5". Fabric does not stretch. Shown on a size large model with 39" bust.
