Vintage 1990s tunic length oversized blouse in a purple floral rayon fabric. Long cuffed sleeves, breast pocket, back center pleat, curved hem. Label says Separate Issue, 100% Rayon, Made in Canada, size medium on tag but fits larger. Measures 50" around bust, 49" around bottom, length is 30".
