Size M to L Vintage 1990s Separate Issue Oversized Rayon Blouse

Vintage 1990s long sleeve blouse in a purple, black, green, white, pink floral rayon fabric. Long cuffed sleeves, front buttons, breast pocket, curved hem, pleat at center back yoke. There are shoulder pads which can be removed, if desired. Label says Separate Issue, 100% Rayon, Made in Canada, Size medium on tag. Probably meant to be an oversized medium. Should fit size large as well. Measures 48.5" around bust, 48.5" around bottom, length is 30". Fabric does not stretch. Shown on a size large model with 39" bust. This is a pre-loved, vintage second hand item.
