Size S Kimchi Blue floral bell sleeve dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @thriftyandrea. It is soooo cute but I misread the measurements and sadly it is too small for me. Pit to pit is 15”. There us some stretch. It is mini length with drop from waist of 18”. In great pre-loved condition.
