Size S Vintage 1980s La Belle Brocade Long Blazer

Vintage 1980s long, fitted blazer jacket on a medium weight textured brocade fabric. piping edging, front floral buttons, lined. There are strips of velcro inside shoulders for shoulder pads but pads have been removed. Pale greys and pinks. ***3 tiny marks on back, see last photos*** Label says La Belle Fashions Inc, Made in USA, 74% Rayon 26% Polyester, Size 7 on tag, should fit size small. Measures about 37" around bust, 29" around waist, 38" around hip, length is 29". Fabric does not stretch. Shown on a size small model with 34" bust.
